This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between TableHub ("Company", "we", "us") and the individual or entity creating an account ("Client", "you"). By registering for a free TableHub account, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
TableHub provides a digital table management platform including queue management, reservation management, WhatsApp guest notifications, online booking widget, analytics, and a native iOS application. The Free Plan grants access to a subset of features as described at trytablehub.com/pricing.
The Free Plan is subject to the following monthly limits: 30 covers and 25 WhatsApp messages. Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. TableHub reserves the right to restrict access if the service is used in a manner inconsistent with fair use or in violation of this Agreement. Upgrade to a paid plan at any time to remove limits.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated. You agree not to share access credentials with unauthorised parties. Guest data collected through TableHub (names, phone numbers) is subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your guests to process their data.
TableHub sends WhatsApp messages on your behalf via the Meta Business Cloud API. You agree to use this channel solely for legitimate guest communication (confirmations, queue notifications). Spam, unsolicited marketing, or bulk messaging is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension. You are responsible for compliance with applicable messaging regulations in your jurisdiction.
TableHub and all associated branding, code, design, and content remain the exclusive property of TableHub. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the platform or its components. The Free Plan includes TableHub branding on guest-facing screens; white-label options are available on paid plans.
You agree not to use TableHub to: (a) engage in any unlawful activity; (b) transmit spam or fraudulent messages; (c) interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the service; or (e) collect or harvest data about other users without consent.
TableHub aims to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Free Plan features may be changed, limited, or discontinued at our discretion. We will endeavour to notify you of material changes via email.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TableHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill — arising from your use or inability to use the service. TableHub's total liability for any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim (which for free accounts is KD 0).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TableHub, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may delete your account from the dashboard. TableHub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait City, Kuwait.
