2. Description of Service TableHub provides a digital waitlist and reservation management system for restaurants, including 2-way communication via WhatsApp.

You agree not to use the service for spamming, harassment, or any illegal activities.
4. Intellectual Property The TableHub service, including its original content, features, and functionality (code, design, and logos), is and will remain the exclusive property of TableHub. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TableHub.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall TableHub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
6. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TableHub from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
